Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Availability to work within open hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests warmly to provide a memorable dining experience
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including tables and service stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and positive guest interactions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations including alcohol and food service certifications
