Job Duties
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service throughout the guest dining experience
- Guide guests through the menu, offering informed recommendations on food, beverages, and pairings
- Accurately take and enter orders while maintaining timing and flow of service
- Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfaction
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests, questions, or concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished section that reflects The Foundry Room's standards
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service team members to ensure seamless execution
- Handle guest feedback professionally and notify leadership of any service recovery needs
- Follow all cash handling, alcohol service, and safety procedures
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel
