Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work AM or PM shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to pass background check and any required health screenings
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including AM and PM
- Basic food handling knowledge
Job Duties
- Prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
- Clean and maintain food service areas, including kitchen and dining room
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with setting up dining areas and restocking supplies
- Provide friendly and attentive service to residents
