Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Employment certificate or permit if applicable
- Prior customer service experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Physical stamina necessary for constant activity
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior food service, hospitality, serving or restaurant experience desired
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English at an intermediate or advanced level

Job Duties
- Provide restaurant quality service to residents
- Assist with meal service and ensure resident satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Promote a collaborative and team-focused environment
- Handle food safely following ServSafe guidelines
- Remain calm and professional in high volume or stressful situations
