Job Duties
- greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures
- maintain knowledge of food handling safety and allergen awareness to ensure guest health and safety
- provide attentive, friendly, and professional service that aligns with CPK's hospitality standards
- follow all company policies, procedures, and standards consistently
- collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience and support a positive work environment
- ensure compliance with state-mandated beverage service certification requirements where applicable
