Job Requirements
- At least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- pass pre-employment drug test for marijuana and other controlled substances
- no consumption of alcohol during employment
- comply with grooming standards limiting visible tattoos and piercings
- temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks
- able to work under pressure with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications

- ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude under pressure

- ability to follow emergency and safety protocols
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items
- relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring presentation and garnishing
- perform other functions such as greeting guests on embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
- maintain professional grooming and comply with safety and emergency training
