Job Requirements
- Prior restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Must have open availability especially on weekends
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Capability to move and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
- Maintain a professional appearance with clean uniform
- Complete safety training and certification before employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related work experience preferred
- Good conversational skills
- Positive attitude and extroverted personality
- Prior experience as a server is a strong advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
- Serve food and beverages to guests and provide menu recommendations
- Share detailed knowledge of the menu to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Accurately and timely process transactions using the MICROS point-of-sale system
- Approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and drink
- Clean tables, complete closing tasks, and restock dinnerware and supplies
