Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns
- Provide knowledgeable and informative recommendations on menu items and beverages
- Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled correctly
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively and courteously
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Accurately process payments and balance checks
- Perform all side work duties efficiently and effectively, including table setting, bussing tables, and restocking supplies
- Assist with running food and beverages to tables in a timely and safe manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Assist with host duties as needed, such as greeting guests and managing waitlists
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
