Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns
  • Provide knowledgeable and informative recommendations on menu items and beverages
  • Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled correctly
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively and courteously
  • Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and service standards
  • Accurately process payments and balance checks
  • Perform all side work duties efficiently and effectively, including table setting, bussing tables, and restocking supplies
  • Assist with running food and beverages to tables in a timely and safe manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members, including hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Assist with host duties as needed, such as greeting guests and managing waitlists
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
