Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- ability to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and prolonged standing or walking
- undergo pre-employment drug testing
- no alcohol consumption during employment
- comply with grooming standards including visible tattoo and piercing limitations
- temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- must be American citizen or Green Card holder
- ability to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
- experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- willingness to adhere to grooming standards and company policies
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set-up and break-down meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour
- cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- acknowledge guests by name and escort them to their tables
- present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
- relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care and proper presentation
- perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment
