Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • ability to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and prolonged standing or walking
  • undergo pre-employment drug testing
  • no alcohol consumption during employment
  • comply with grooming standards including visible tattoo and piercing limitations
  • temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • must be American citizen or Green Card holder
  • ability to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, up to 28 weeks
  • experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • willingness to adhere to grooming standards and company policies

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • efficiently set-up and break-down meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour
  • cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • acknowledge guests by name and escort them to their tables
  • present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
  • relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care and proper presentation
  • perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment
