Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to communicate effectively in English
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- be knowledgeable about all menu items including ingredients and preparation methods
- proactively identify and resolve guest concerns or special requests
- monitor tables to ensure timely service and anticipate guest needs
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining area
- reset tables and help prepare the restaurant for upcoming shifts or special events
- collaborate with bussers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
