Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to communicate effectively in English
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must maintain a clean and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • be knowledgeable about all menu items including ingredients and preparation methods
  • proactively identify and resolve guest concerns or special requests
  • monitor tables to ensure timely service and anticipate guest needs
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining area
  • reset tables and help prepare the restaurant for upcoming shifts or special events
  • collaborate with bussers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
