- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to perform opening and closing duties
- able to serve food and beverage orders timely
- capable of providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- able to work full-time or part-time
- able to learn and explain the menu to guests
- able to partner with other servers to meet guests' needs
