Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate effectively
- committed to making an impact
- capable of exerting mobility for periods up to four hours
- able to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- able to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- able to frequently wash hands thoroughly
- able to speak clearly and listen attentively
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or server role is advantageous but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- legal age of 18 or older
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- deliver food and drinks promptly
- anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- adhere to health and safety protocols
