Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust fumes or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders squatting kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding or unfolding as required
- Able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service following Invited F&B service training program
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders in a timely manner
- Ensure complete knowledge of à la carte menu including daily features and specials
- Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome making them feel at home
- Assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member and guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail
- Handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques ensuring any issues are resolved promptly
- Complete daily assignments and side work ensuring work areas are organized clean and well-stocked
