Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and valued
- anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns
- provide knowledgeable and informative recommendations on menu items and beverages
- accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled correctly
- use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively and courteously
- follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- accurately process payments and balance checks
- perform all side work duties efficiently and effectively, including table setting, bussing tables, and restocking supplies
- assist with running food and beverages to tables in a timely and safe manner
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- collaborate effectively with other team members, including hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- assist with host duties as needed, such as greeting guests and managing waitlists
