Job Duties
- Greeting guests promptly and with genuine hospitality
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them efficiently
- Maintaining knowledge of current menu items, specials, and promotions
- Delivering food and drinks quickly and with attention to presentation
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
- Handling payments accurately and responsibly
- Supporting team members during peak hours and helping maintain a clean, organized workspace
