Job Duties
- Clean and store dishes according to departmental standards
- Complete cleaning processes efficiently and timely
- Serve foods and assemble trays accurately for residents
- Adhere to diet alterations and use menu extensions
- Complete daily cleaning schedules including work area and equipment
- Demonstrate required competencies on unit checklists
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures
