Job Requirements

  • One to three months related experience and or training

Job Duties

  • Clean and store dishes according to departmental standards
  • Complete cleaning processes efficiently and timely
  • Serve foods and assemble trays accurately for residents
  • Adhere to diet alterations and use menu extensions
  • Complete daily cleaning schedules including work area and equipment
  • Demonstrate required competencies on unit checklists
  • Follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures
