Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Strict prohibition on alcohol consumption during employment
- Must adhere to grooming standards that limit visible tattoos and piercings
- Ability to participate in emergency and safety training
- Understand this is a temporary employment position not exceeding 28 weeks
- Commitment to work under pressure and maintain composure and a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old

- Have a commitment to safety and compliance with shipboard regulations
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour, including arranging linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu-related questions
- Relay orders to the galley and serve food and beverages with care, ensuring presentability and proper garnishing
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest service aboard the vessel
