Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by exhibiting care, concern, and patience in all interactions
- Smile and greet customers warmly in all store areas
- Learn and use customers' names whenever possible
- Answer the telephone promptly and provide helpful service including taking orders
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Collect payments and prepare itemized checks including meal costs and sales tax
- Accurately write or enter food and beverage orders
- Take food and beverage orders and serve patrons at tables
- Check patrons' identification for alcohol consumption eligibility
- Present menu and answer questions with recommendations
- Clean tables and counters after dining
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and mixed drinks, chill wine bottles
- Stock service areas with necessary supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens
- Maintain personal hygiene and dress standards according to company policy
- Adhere to store policies and report to work on time as scheduled
- Know all menu items including bar beverages
- Accurately report tip income
- Wash dishes as needed
- Order products and supplies
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects when required
