- able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- able to work in noisy and fast paced environments
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and move about facility for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- manage personal bank and financial transactions
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess and respond to guest demeanor appropriately
- greet guests and take food and drink orders accurately
- maintain thorough menu knowledge
- enter orders quickly and correctly in Micros system
- deliver food trays and assist in party set up and breakdown
- buss and reset tables
- assist team members as needed
- complete station side work and sales on personal Micros keys
- participate in incentives and contests
- follow portion guidelines to control costs
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery
- keep station clean and organized
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- communicate effectively with guests
- demonstrate Micros and credit card transaction skills
- follow dress code and professionalism
- be at least 18 years of age
