Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor ensuring a positive dining experience by giving our guests the VIP treatment
- Take orders accurately using the POS system while providing menu recommendations
- Prepare and serve food and beverages adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage payment transactions and handle payments efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar to enhance guest satisfaction
