Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- be able to work long hours including 12-hour days and 7 days a week for 28 weeks
- must pass a pre-employment drug test
- comply with grooming and appearance standards
- be physically capable of moderate physical activity
- abstain from alcohol while on duty
- possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- willing to participate in emergency and safety training
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- physically able to meet moderate demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing including marijuana and controlled substances
- ability to work without alcohol consumption
- compliance with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- acknowledge guests by name and escort them to their tables
- present menus, suggest particular courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items
- relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring proper presentation and garnishing
- perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
