Job Requirements

  • have or obtain Food Handlers certification
  • have or obtain Alcoholic Beverage Control Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • be 18 years of age or above
  • be a team player
  • work hard to maintain a positive work environment
  • be available for days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • have ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
  • have ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • have ability to stand, reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and clean frequently

Job Duties

  • be the best by building regulars and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • greet new guests promptly and friendly
  • maintain company standards for alcohol awareness and service
  • take guest food and beverage orders accurately
  • answer guest food and beverage questions with menu knowledge
  • ring in orders and process payments correctly
  • monitor guests' experience and pre-bus plates and glasses
  • participate in and drive company initiatives and promotions
  • have or obtain Food Handlers Certificate and Alcoholic Beverage Control Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • maintain company safety and sanitation standards
  • keep wait stations and sales floor clean
  • perform opening and closing duties including stocking supplies
  • bus and reset tables
  • follow food and beverage transportation guidelines
  • ensure bus tubs are clean and emptied
  • maintain working knowledge of Toast App, Open Table and other systems
  • clean seating areas including chairs and booths
  • uphold the company culture and standards
  • provide excellent guest service with a positive attitude
  • identify and communicate potential problems to supervisors
  • promptly contact management for issues outside own area
  • ensure guests leave happy with assistance from team members
  • maintain proper stock of supplies and communicate needs
  • dress according to uniform requirements
