Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, for 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Strict no alcohol consumption policy while on duty
- Adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Willingness to participate in emergency and safety training
- Temporary employment not to extend beyond 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age

- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, or walking for extended periods
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and composure under pressure
- Ability to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Willingness to comply with pre-employment drug testing
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Set up and break down dining areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort to tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring presentation and garnishing
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
