Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- availability to work day and weekend shifts
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for entire shift
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- ability to lift objects over 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- willingness to follow safety and security policies
- ability to maintain neat and professional appearance
- commitment to upholding confidentiality of company information
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience
- no license or certification required
Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions, length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
- record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage
- maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
- complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
- present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
