Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant work is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude excellent communication and interpersonal skills enjoyment of family atmosphere
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus including dietary restrictions and allergies
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 35lbs stand walk lift and carry trays throughout shift
Job Duties
- Provide menu recommendations ingredients and preparation methods to guests
- Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system
- Make recommendations based on guests' preferences dietary restrictions or food allergies
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently ensuring accuracy presentation and timing for each table
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns
- Provide attentive and personalized service anticipating guests' needs
- Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment
