Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or restaurant work is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude excellent communication and interpersonal skills enjoyment of family atmosphere

Job Duties

  • Provide menu recommendations ingredients and preparation methods to guests
  • Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system
  • Make recommendations based on guests' preferences dietary restrictions or food allergies
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently ensuring accuracy presentation and timing for each table
  • Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns
  • Provide attentive and personalized service anticipating guests' needs
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment
