Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years server experience in a similar setting
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods, up to 8-hour shifts
- capability to sit, stand, crouch, stoop, and kneel as needed
- frequent bending and walking
- must comply with company health and safety guidelines
- ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- must adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- minimum 3 years experience in a server role in a similar setting
- prior experience in a private club or upscale dining environment preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
- familiarity with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service and anticipate customer needs
- adhere to company guidelines and health department regulations
- set up dining rooms as instructed by Food & Beverage Manager
- greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
- serve food and beverages in the order and to the expectation of management to ensure consistency
- promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and at the end of meals
- replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
- reset dining rooms according to managers specifications after closing
- perform assigned side-work including replenishing condiments and restocking supplies
- perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products to maintain health and sanitation standards
- comply with State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations when serving alcoholic beverages
- ensure quality standards and service are maintained
- work all shifts as required
- ensure security of the club’s customers, employees, and property assets
