Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years server experience in a similar setting
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for long periods, up to 8-hour shifts
  • capability to sit, stand, crouch, stoop, and kneel as needed
  • frequent bending and walking
  • must comply with company health and safety guidelines
  • ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience in a server role in a similar setting
  • prior experience in a private club or upscale dining environment preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
  • familiarity with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional service and anticipate customer needs
  • adhere to company guidelines and health department regulations
  • set up dining rooms as instructed by Food & Beverage Manager
  • greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • serve food and beverages in the order and to the expectation of management to ensure consistency
  • promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and at the end of meals
  • replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction
  • reset dining rooms according to managers specifications after closing
  • perform assigned side-work including replenishing condiments and restocking supplies
  • perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products to maintain health and sanitation standards
  • comply with State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations when serving alcoholic beverages
  • ensure quality standards and service are maintained
  • work all shifts as required
  • ensure security of the club’s customers, employees, and property assets
