Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk 100 percent of the shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Must adhere to company dress code requirements
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to operate Micros or similar point of sale systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- English proficiency
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and handle financial transactions accurately
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and report concerns to a manager
- Greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and preparation
- Enter orders into Micros system efficiently
- Ensure food is properly garnished and delivered
- Work efficiently following full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- Assist in party setup and breakdown
- Buss and reset tables
- Support other team members as needed
- Complete station side work at beginning and end of shift
- Participate in sales incentives and contests
- Follow portion control guidelines
- Check back with guests after food delivery
- Maintain drink levels and clean tables
- Keep station clean and organized
- Foster cooperative working relationships with team members
- Communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm
- Operate Micros and conduct credit transactions accurately
- Communicate in English
- Follow dress code and maintain neat appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old
