Job Requirements
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds regularly
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Willingness to assist with opening and closing duties
- Flexibility to assist with hotel and banquet operations when needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using POS systems
- Customer-focused with excellent hospitality skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Providing great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
- Explaining the menus to guests and accommodating their requests
- Paying close attention to tables to ensure they are always taken care of
- Delivering the bill and processing payment
- Treating all guests with the utmost courtesy and respect
- Assisting with closing and opening duties
- Assisting with hotel and banquet operations as needed
- Understanding and proficiently using the POS system
