Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service or server experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- adherence to safety and sanitation standards

- knowledge of safe food handling practices

Job Duties
- Perform full service server duties during lunch and dinner meal service times and assist residents with other dining needs as needed in a timely manner
- clear, clean and set dining room tables as needed in a manner consistent with proper procedures to avoid cross contamination
- perform dishwashing and cleaning procedures as needed
- follow safety regulations at all times and follow established infection control and Universal precautions, policies and procedures
- schedule and assign routine and additional tasks to the dining room staff
- orient and train the dining room staff and participate in periodic in-service meetings as scheduled
- maintain and ensure an orderly and clean pantry
