Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is beneficial

Job Duties

  • Deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100 percent of the time
  • communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
  • use computer systems to input order information accurately
  • serve guests with a sense of timing for a seamless dining experience including drinks, food, and dessert
  • stand and move quickly for up to six hours during shifts
  • maintain good balance and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting trays or bus-tubs up to 25 pounds frequently
  • clean and maintain cleanliness standards including wiping down tabletops, table legs, booth seats and picking up debris
  • transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining area and kitchen multiple times per shift
  • adhere to proper uniform standards
