Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is beneficial

Job Duties
- Deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100 percent of the time
- communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
- use computer systems to input order information accurately
- serve guests with a sense of timing for a seamless dining experience including drinks, food, and dessert
- stand and move quickly for up to six hours during shifts
- maintain good balance and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting trays or bus-tubs up to 25 pounds frequently
- clean and maintain cleanliness standards including wiping down tabletops, table legs, booth seats and picking up debris
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining area and kitchen multiple times per shift
- adhere to proper uniform standards
