Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum one year experience preferred in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living
- food safety certified within 90 days of employment
- maintain CPR, First Aid, and ServeSafe certifications as required
- comply with safety procedures including PPE, fire extinguisher use, and SDS protocols
- pass pre-employment drug screening
- participate in required health testing including tuberculosis and physical evaluation
- Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination as mandated
- for drivers, understand essential safety and regulatory duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living preferred

- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- competent in organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Provide support in day-to-day dining room operations while maintaining a positive and safe environment
- provide dining service training to new care managers
- maintain knowledge of menu items and assist residents with selections
- take and serve meal and beverage orders according to guidelines
- ensure compliance with food handling policies and maintain hygiene standards
- perform dining room checklist inspections and maintain cleanliness and readiness
- assist in tabletop inventory maintenance
