Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year experience preferred in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living
  • food safety certified within 90 days of employment
  • maintain CPR, First Aid, and ServeSafe certifications as required
  • comply with safety procedures including PPE, fire extinguisher use, and SDS protocols
  • pass pre-employment drug screening
  • participate in required health testing including tuberculosis and physical evaluation
  • Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination as mandated
  • for drivers, understand essential safety and regulatory duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • competent in organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Provide support in day-to-day dining room operations while maintaining a positive and safe environment
  • provide dining service training to new care managers
  • maintain knowledge of menu items and assist residents with selections
  • take and serve meal and beverage orders according to guidelines
  • ensure compliance with food handling policies and maintain hygiene standards
  • perform dining room checklist inspections and maintain cleanliness and readiness
  • assist in tabletop inventory maintenance
