- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to work days and some weekends

Job Duties
- Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests
- Follow established order and style of service
- Serve in the Main Dining Room and at special functions
- Perform assigned side duties
- Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations
- Clear dishes, buss and reset tables
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance
- Demonstrate courteous service and answer dining-related questions
- Offer specials and complete customer orders by asking appropriate questions
- Maintain dining room and work areas in a clean and orderly manner
- Handle glassware and silverware safely and sanitarily
- Assist other departmental staff with duties and training
- Work harmoniously and cooperatively within a team
- Provide input and feedback in meetings
