Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- physically capable of standing and moving for long periods
- able to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to wear protective gear and follow health protocols
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant server role is an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer service-oriented mindset
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- take food and beverage orders accurately
- make menu recommendations based on guest preferences
- serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- handle guest requests and resolve complaints politely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- follow safety and hygiene protocols throughout the shift
