Job Requirements
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
- able to stand, bend, stoop, twist for prolonged periods
- able to lift products and supplies weighing 20 pounds regularly
- occasional lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
- repetitive hand and wrist motion
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of POS systems
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring timely delivery
- provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
- explain menus to guests and accommodate their requests
- pay close attention to tables to ensure they are taken care of
- deliver the bill and process payment
- treat all guests with the utmost courtesy and respect
- assist with closing and opening duties
- assist with hotel and banquet operations as needed
- understand and proficiently use the POS system
