Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
  • able to stand, bend, stoop, twist for prolonged periods
  • able to lift products and supplies weighing 20 pounds regularly
  • occasional lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
  • repetitive hand and wrist motion
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of POS systems
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
  • explain menus to guests and accommodate their requests
  • pay close attention to tables to ensure they are taken care of
  • deliver the bill and process payment
  • treat all guests with the utmost courtesy and respect
  • assist with closing and opening duties
  • assist with hotel and banquet operations as needed
  • understand and proficiently use the POS system
