Job Requirements
- Must be able to physically perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly
- Vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction
- Depth perception and color vision required
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to report to work on schedule and maintain punctuality
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced store/restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Make an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- Answer telephone promptly and provide helpful service including taking orders
- Check with customers to ensure enjoyment of meals and resolve issues
- Collect payments from customers
- Write or enter food orders accurately
- Prepare checks itemizing meal costs and taxes
- Take orders from patrons for food or beverages
- Check patrons' identification for alcoholic beverages
- Serve food or beverages and prepare specialty dishes
- Present menus and answer questions, make recommendations
- Clean tables or counters after dining
- Prepare hot, cold and mixed drinks and chill wine bottles
- Stock service areas with supplies
- Maintain adherence to personal hygiene and dress guidelines
- Follow company policies and store guidelines
- Report to work on time
- Know all menu items including the bar
- Accurately report tip income
