Job Duties
- Provide superior guest service by greeting and attending to guests promptly
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Address guest concerns and requests with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
