Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous relevant server experience in an upscale or fine dining setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding the club’s culture and values
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in upscale or fine dining environments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a team and accept constructive feedback
- Interest in wine and spirit education preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering consistent and high-quality service
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional grooming and presentation standards suitable for a fine dining setting
Job Duties
- Guide members through Chef's curated menu and beverage offerings
- Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure flawless guest experiences
- Collaborate effectively with team members and respond positively to coaching
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Demonstrate a keen interest in wine and spirits, supporting ongoing education
- Prioritize and execute tasks independently and resourcefully
- Uphold and personify Edison House's brand and community values
