Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods without rest
- Ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach with hands and use hands to handle objects and tools
- Ability to bend, stoop and verbally communicate effectively
- Ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision and adjust focus
- Ability to freely access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Willingness to comply with updated safety and sanitation procedures
- Dependability and exceptional teamwork skills

Job Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills and experience
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Computer skills including POS system proficiency
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts and procedures in a restaurant
- 0-2 years related experience
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Job Duties
- Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring items meet quality standards
- Communicate professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
- Describe menu items accurately and maintain company food quality standards
- Input orders accurately into the POS system
- Pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
- Handle guest complaints effectively and involve management when necessary
- Communicate promotions and product information to guests
- Practice safe food and beverage handling
- Safely handle food prep equipment
- Interact with guests and manage crowds calmly
- Assist in other job categories as assigned
- Perform all other duties as assigned
