Job Requirements

  • Must be available evenings and weekends
  • Wednesday through Sunday availability required
  • At least 2 years experience in fine dining serving role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
  • CMS certified or WSET 1 or greater preferred
  • Open availability preferred
  • Ability to maintain a positive, attentive, and hospitable demeanor
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Able to communicate verbally and articulately
  • Valid responsible beverage serving (RBS) card required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid work permit
  • Reliable transportation required

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience as server, captain, or sommelier in fine dining restaurant preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
  • CMS certified or WSET level 1 or greater a plus
  • Ability to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
  • Positive, attentive, and hospitable attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Valid responsible beverage serving (RBS) card required
  • Must be at least 18 years old or have a valid work permit

Job Duties

  • Maintain customer service standards according to restaurant policies
  • Provide attentive and friendly table service to guests
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Buss and clean tables efficiently
  • Use strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits to upsell during service
  • Follow sanitary food handling practices consistently
  • Interact positively with customers to enhance their dining experience
