Job Requirements
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Wednesday through Sunday availability required
- At least 2 years experience in fine dining serving role preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- CMS certified or WSET 1 or greater preferred
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive, attentive, and hospitable demeanor
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Able to communicate verbally and articulately
- Valid responsible beverage serving (RBS) card required
- Must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid work permit
- Reliable transportation required
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience as server, captain, or sommelier in fine dining restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- CMS certified or WSET level 1 or greater a plus
- Ability to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
- Positive, attentive, and hospitable attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Valid responsible beverage serving (RBS) card required
- Must be at least 18 years old or have a valid work permit
Job Duties
- Maintain customer service standards according to restaurant policies
- Provide attentive and friendly table service to guests
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Buss and clean tables efficiently
- Use strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits to upsell during service
- Follow sanitary food handling practices consistently
- Interact positively with customers to enhance their dining experience
