Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work well in a team environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and guests

Job Duties
- Arrives to work in uniform and ready to work on the floor by the time scheduled
- Greets members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and maintains a warm and friendly interactive service atmosphere
- Provide excellent customer service and address member/guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Takes orders directly from guests for food and beverages and serves using proper etiquette
- Servces food in the proper sequence according to etiquette and order of course
- Greet guest by name whenever possible
- Pre-busses, busses, and resets tables
- Reports to and receives instruction from the supervisor regarding daily events, section map, daily cleaning assignments, etc
- Knows regular menu and special menu items, descriptions and pricing for the day
- Performs all side work and set up duties for each meal period
- Assist with setup and cleanup of special events and functions
- Follow all club policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- Reports any complaints or problems directly to the service manager or director
- Responsible for having own adequate change or bank a the beginning of each shift
- Balances own sales report and assigned cash register at the beginning and end of each shift
- Prepares sales envelope with daily sales at end of day, turn into reporting manager
