Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment

  • Previous experience in a server or similar customer service role
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and guests
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to follow club policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Arrives to work in uniform and ready to work on the floor by the time scheduled
  • Greets members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and maintains a warm and friendly interactive service atmosphere
  • Provide excellent customer service and address member/guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Takes orders directly from guests for food and beverages and serves using proper etiquette
  • Servces food in the proper sequence according to etiquette and order of course
  • Greet guest by name whenever possible
  • Pre-busses, busses, and resets tables
  • Reports to and receives instruction from the supervisor regarding daily events, section map, daily cleaning assignments, etc
  • Knows regular menu and special menu items, descriptions and pricing for the day
  • Performs all side work and set up duties for each meal period
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of special events and functions
  • Follow all club policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
  • Reports any complaints or problems directly to the service manager or director
  • Responsible for having own adequate change or bank a the beginning of each shift
  • Balances own sales report and assigned cash register at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Prepares sales envelope with daily sales at end of day, turn into reporting manager
