Job Requirements
- Regular attendance
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand and carry trays for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Qualifications
- Food Handlers license
- TABC certification or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of employment
- prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred

Job Duties
- Provide memorable dining experience for guests
- serve food and beverage items
- clear tables and return all equipment to their respective areas
- be familiar with menu items including bar, wine, and food offerings
- make suggestions for alternatives to accommodate dietary restrictions
- assist guests in being seated
- be friendly, thorough, accurate, and efficient in taking orders and delivering meals
- complete daily set up work as required
- maintain regular attendance as scheduled
- perform other tasks as demanded by the business needs of the restaurant
