Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a full-service fine dining restaurant or relatable experience
- Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
- Must have a RBS certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
- Ability to memorize menus and speak articulately
- Ability to follow directions
- Works with positive communication
- Team mentality
- Able to work various hours/days as business dictates
- Reliable transportation to work

Job Duties
- Maintain guest service according to restaurant standards
- Have the highest level of menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, purveyors, and preparation
- Take customer orders accurately and courteously
- Deliver dishes in a timely fashion
- Clear tables and assist with beverage questions
- Maintain sanitary food handling practices
- Assist colleagues promptly and communicate positively throughout service
