Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in a restaurant establishment preferred

- knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations for beverage service
Job Duties
- Accurately take orders from guests
- submit orders to kitchen using Point-of-Sales (POS) software
- deliver food and drinks to guests
- bus tables or assist busser/runner
- know restaurant and bar menu promotions and specials
- prepare checks accurately and process payments
- serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to regulations
- provide timely and courteous service throughout meal
- set tables, polish glasses, and prepare workstations
- prepare sales and tip reports at shift end
- deposit cash and credit card receipts
- complete front of house duties such as host, busser, or food runner as needed
