  • majority of shift spent on feet in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in a restaurant establishment preferred

  • knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations for beverage service

Job Duties

  • Accurately take orders from guests
  • submit orders to kitchen using Point-of-Sales (POS) software
  • deliver food and drinks to guests
  • bus tables or assist busser/runner
  • know restaurant and bar menu promotions and specials
  • prepare checks accurately and process payments
  • serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to regulations
  • provide timely and courteous service throughout meal
  • set tables, polish glasses, and prepare workstations
  • prepare sales and tip reports at shift end
  • deposit cash and credit card receipts
  • complete front of house duties such as host, busser, or food runner as needed
