Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age (or as required by state liquor laws)
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- must pass TIPs training and Food Handlers training within 30 days of hire
- high school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school)
- preferred: previous serving or hospitality experience

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and ensure they are comfortable
- engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly
- provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
- adhere to state liquor laws and park policies when serving alcoholic beverages
- ensure proper cash handling in accordance with company policy
- perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
- perform other duties as assigned to support food and beverage operations
