  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • knowledge of safe food handling and allergen awareness
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • ability to obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate if not already held

Job Duties

  • work well in a fast-paced environment
  • practice safe food handling procedures
  • have awareness of food allergens including where to find more information and take proper steps
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • uphold cash handling procedures
  • hold a state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
