- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- must be at least 18 years old
- state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable

- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- knowledge of safe food handling and allergen awareness
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate if not already held
Job Duties
- work well in a fast-paced environment
- practice safe food handling procedures
- have awareness of food allergens including where to find more information and take proper steps
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- hold a state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
