Job Duties
- Create and maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and professional growth
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate customer feedback and special requests to appropriate team members and management
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Partner with third party contacts to ensure timely order receipt
- Collaborate with management on events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain stock of consumable supplies and monitor ingredient levels
- Address beverage quality issues promptly
- Develop knowledge of beverage ingredients and preparation techniques
- Familiarize with menu items and upsell effectively
- Perform setup and general cleaning duties
- Provide personalized bottle service to VIP guests
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Promote upselling and special promotions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Follow cash handling procedures and process guest payments accurately
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere with excellent customer service
- Maintain composure during busy periods
- Adhere to safety rules and report any injuries immediately
- Abide by responsible alcohol service guidelines and age verification procedures
