Job Duties

  • Create and maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and professional growth
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate customer feedback and special requests to appropriate team members and management
  • Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
  • Partner with third party contacts to ensure timely order receipt
  • Collaborate with management on events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain stock of consumable supplies and monitor ingredient levels
  • Address beverage quality issues promptly
  • Develop knowledge of beverage ingredients and preparation techniques
  • Familiarize with menu items and upsell effectively
  • Perform setup and general cleaning duties
  • Provide personalized bottle service to VIP guests
  • Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
  • Promote upselling and special promotions
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Follow cash handling procedures and process guest payments accurately
  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere with excellent customer service
  • Maintain composure during busy periods
  • Adhere to safety rules and report any injuries immediately
  • Abide by responsible alcohol service guidelines and age verification procedures
