Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service role preferred
- Ability to work evening shifts and weekend rotation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- Ability to follow community policies and procedures
- Ability to assist residents with dining as needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food service or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with seniors
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of residents personal information
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Serve residents meals and bus tables, maintaining a clean and safe dining area
- Ensure dining areas are pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming for residents
- Support a professional, resident-centered dining experience
- Clean and prepare dining room and tables in restaurant style dining appearance
- Set tables and ensure condiments are filled and available
- Prepare drink station and/or salad bar according to department policies and procedures
- Take orders for meals from residents using excellent customer service skills
