Job Duties
- Have full understanding of menu, offer recommendations and be able to answer guest questions
- communicate effectively to the kitchen and bar
- recognize and resolve guest concerns, while maintaining an elevated dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- welcome guests and take food and beverage orders
- ensure guests and members are smiling by delivering exceptional service
- collaborate with team members to enhance overall member and guest satisfaction
