Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- get to know what the customers likes and dislikes and suggest similar items in the menu
- upsell menu items to customers including alcoholic beverages, specials, and dinner items
- communicate clearly with coworkers to ensure customers get what they need
- ensure cleanliness of the restaurant including cleaning tables, menus, and check presenters
- make sure all side work is done correctly and completed before, during, and after shifts
- keep necessary items in front of house ready to use including wrapped silverware, condiments, and bread loaves
- assist co-workers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
