Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- passion for food, people and the planet
- energetic attitude and personality
- know menu items from the inside out
- connect with guests and anticipate their needs
- willing to take direction and work independently and with a team
- able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
- able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily or as needed
- open-minded, honest and willing to learn and develop
- personal passion for wellness and self-growth
- reliable transportation to and from work
- able to tolerate potential food allergens
- comply with proper cash handling procedures and health, cleanliness and safety standards
- perform opening, closing and mid-shift responsibilities to keep restaurant stocked and clean

Job Duties
- be an ambassador of mission and core values
- know menu items from the inside out including Taco Tuesday and Weekend Brunch offerings
- connect organically with guests and anticipate their needs
- take orders accurately and with urgency
- provide exceptional hospitality
- comply with health and safety standards including food cleanliness and restaurant safety
- perform opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities to maintain restaurant stock and cleanliness
- embody company culture and act as an extension of the brand
- stay engaged with community givebacks and events
